Conny Schmidt has more than 18 years experience in the childcare industry and has held senior management roles throughout the industry for both the public and private sector. Conny’s role as General Manager for Hutchison’s Childcare Services, one of Australia’s largest publicly listed childcare providers, required her to manage the operations of over 90 childcare centres throughout Australia for more than 9 years. Conny has a suite of formal qualifications including a Masters of Education (Guidance Counselling), Post Graduate Diploma (Education), a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) and a Diploma in Childcare. Conny is one of the few childcare consultants that has both business management expertise and experience in childcare itself.

Her career began within the child care and education industry in 1993 and since that time has worked in various capacities from a centre group leader, childcare director to that of an Operations Manager for a national corporate child care company. Sandra was a Validator for the NCAC in 2003.Holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies), an Advanced Diploma of Community Services (Child Care Centres) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Sandra has the education and experience needed to assist centres in their development, training and ongoing management.

Darlene Juleff - Childcare Management Consultant

Darlene Juleff brings over 18rs experience in education and management within the private and government sectors.  She started her career with Education Queensland and after some relief principal roles in North West Queensland she was appointed principle of her own school in the darling downs region.  Her career took a turn in 2000 when she joined the senior management team on Hamilton Island managing a number of different businesses including two childcare centres.  This diverse role built the foundations for Darlene's strong understanding of business and financial management.  In 2005 she joined Tadpoles Early Learning Centres and over the next 5yrs was responsible for the opening and on-going management of 12 centres throughout Queensland.  As General Manager she was responsible for all aspects of this very successful business and has developed many strengths in the Early Childhood profession.  Her passion for staff development is evident and she served on the Brisbane Committee for PSCQ since its inception until 2010.  She holds a Bachelor of Teaching, Diploma of Business - Frontline Management, Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment and is registered as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer.

Lee Anning - Project Consultant

Lee Anning is a Project Consultant with over 11 years experience in the Early Education sector. Lee began her career within the child care and education sector in 2001, and since that time has worked in various capabilities. She has experience and exposure to all levels of Centre Operation and management; from Group Leader, Director and Operations Manager perspectives for both community-based and private sector day care centres.

Lee holds her Diploma in Children's Services and Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Lee has a passion for curriclum development within the childcare sector and the ongoing professional development of Educators within the industry.

Nicole Patching - Project Consultant

Nicole is a Project Consultant with over 11 years experience working in the early childhood and training field. During this time Nicole has worked in various roles such as Community Development Officer for Family Day Care Scheme, Director of Child Care Centres in Victoria and Queensland, Children's Services Program Coordinator  for Certificate III in Children's Services.

Nicole has taught International and regular students in both classroom delivery and traineeships in child care centres.

Nicole believes that it is important for Early Childhood Professionals to keep up to date with industry knowledge by attending workshops and completing further studies.

Nicole has her Diploma in Businesss Management, Advanced Diploma in Children's Services, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is furthering her studies by completing her Bachelor of Early Childhood.
