Conny Schmidt has more than 18 years experience in the childcare industry and has held senior management roles throughout the industry for both the public and private sector. Conny’s role as General Manager for Hutchison’s Childcare Services, one of Australia’s largest publicly listed childcare providers, required her to manage the operations of over 90 childcare centres throughout Australia for more than 9 years. Conny has a suite of formal qualifications including a Masters of Education (Guidance Counselling), Post Graduate Diploma (Education), a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) and a Diploma in Childcare. Conny is one of the few childcare consultants that has both business management expertise and experience in childcare itself.

Her career began within the child care and education industry in 1993 and since that time has worked in various capacities from a centre group leader, childcare director to that of an Operations Manager for a national corporate child care company. Sandra was a Validator for the NCAC in 2003.Holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies), an Advanced Diploma of Community Services (Child Care Centres) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Sandra has the education and experience needed to assist centres in their development, training and ongoing management.

Louise Jensen is a childcare consultant with over 18years experience in the industry. Louise has worked in various capacities from a centre group leader childcare director to that of an Operations Manager for three large National corporate childcare companies; Hutchison's Childcare Services, Peppercorn Management Group and Sunkids. Louise has also held positions as a registered training Organisation Supervisor for one of Australia's largest childcare companies.
Holding a diploma in Early Childhood, an Advanced Diploma in Community Services (Childcare Centres), and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment as well as qualifications in Human Resources,
Louise has the education and experience needed to assist centres in their development, training and ongoing management and specialises in support with Workplace Health and Safety and Curriculum training and development as well as director mentoring and childcare licencing.
