Conny Schmidt, Managing Director of Maximise Childcare Consultancy has more than 15 years experience in the childcare industry and has a Diploma In Childcare. Masters of Education (Guidance Counselling), Post Graduate Diploma (Education) and a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood). Over the last 12 years she has held senior management roles in centre developments, business development and operations including General Manager of Hutchison’s childcare Services, one of Australia’s largest publicly listed childcare providers.

 Conny has a passion for the Industry as well as being a committed advocate for the Early Learning Years. She specialises in supporting owners/operators in designing and developing high quality services as well as project management, licensing, due diligence and centre operational management.

Sandra began her career within the child care and education industry in 1993 and since that time has worked in various capacity from general centre floater to that of an Operations Manager for a national corporate child care company and was a Validator for the NCAC in 2003.
Holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies), an Advanced Diploma of Community Services (Child Care Centers) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Sandra has both the education and experience needed to assist centres in their development, training and ongoing management.
 
Sandra has a passion for assisting centres in delivering high quality care to the children in their services and specialises in support with validation, licensing, due diligence and business analysis report writing.

Danielle Gallacher is a stalwart of the childcare industry and has established her reputation as one of Queensland’s most progressive and influential Childcare consultants. With over 18 years in the industry and a strong psychotherapy background, Danielle is respected by industry peers as having the capacity to transform teams, creating focused learning environments and implementing programming that sharpens childcare's focus on children and early years development.
 
Danielle has a diverse background of experience having been involved in every aspect of the childcare business, from establishing new centres and being responsible for their operational management, to regulating industry standards and setting benchmarks for Government. She has held senior management positions with Ramsay and Bourne, Lady Gowrie and the Department of Health and Family Services and has consulted on a variety of major projects on behalf of investors, owners, community centres and major childcare brands.  Danielle has established a comprehensive network of industry contacts which she uses to facilitate the implementation of projects.
 
Danielle now specialises in human resource management, early childhood program development, operations management, recruitment, quality assurance management, staff training and employee assistance programs.
